I have lived in Chapel Hill for over forty years and have a vested interest in the community. We moved here when I was in 2nd grade and I attended Glenwood Elementary, Guy B. Phillips Junior High and then graduated from Chapel Hill High School. After obtaining both a Bachelor and Master of Music Degrees from the Juilliard School in New York City, I moved home because I missed the quality of life that Chapel Hill can provide. Since that time I have developed my career as a professional freelance musician on the trumpet. For more information on my musical endeavors please go to www.PaulNeebe.com. I’m now retired from the Music Faculty at the University of Virginia but still regularly performing in the Triangle. As everyone is probably aware, being a musician is not a high paying profession. Therefore I have supplemented my income as a Real Estate Broker for the past twenty years, with the last twelve as Broker in Charge of our small family Real Estate sales and rental firm. We pride ourselves in offering quality affordable rentals and our company website is www.NeebeRealEstate.com.
I served on the Chapel Hill, Bicycle and Pedestrian advisory Board for four years. Currently I am a member of the Chapel Hill Transportation & Connectivity Board, Bicycle Alliance of Chapel Hill (BACH), and the Friends of Chapel Hill Parks and Recreation Board.
